It was a very exciting experience for all of us. This battleship has fought for the US for many years, yet standing proud. The Groupon discount makes us pay less which makes it more attractive.

Good experience. We had a 50th USS Badger DE-1071 reunion, in Long Beach. Stationed in L.B. 69-73. Stationed on destroyers. So this visit was extra special for us Sure would have liked to see inside her. Our 5 inch guns were quite small, compared to the 16 inchers. Haze Grey, & underway. Great time, Highly recommend.

I have two friends that I’ve known for 52 years and we have maintained a great friendship by getting together a few times a year. Most recently, we got together at the Battleship Iowa and had a blast!!! The tour was limited to the outside portion of the Battleship due to COVID restrictions. It was still fun and we were able to explore every one of the decks! Special thanks to all of the Sunday crew aboard the battleship. They were friendly and informative. We had the pleasure of talking with one of the staff at length. Pauli walked with us through the Battleship and shared some of his personal experiences with us. He served in the United States Navy and had been stationed aboard the Iowa. We found his stories fascinating! I would highly recommend touring the Iowa, she was an amazing Battleship! God Bless America and our Military!!!

My 9 year-old grandsons and 7 year old granddaughter couldn't stop raving about the experience! Mr. Sloe, our guide, was informative and friendly, and kept the kids engaged throughout our tour. My grandchildren and I were enthralled with our first-hand experience with history!

Lots of history, that was enhanced by the WWII veterans who told their stories and explained what life was like onboard.
