Dockweiler State Beach offers a large area for sunbathing, swimming and all other activities associated with the beach. There is a bicycle/jogging/roller-blading path and at the main entrance there is a rental facility and snack bar.

After days of hectic touring and sight-seeing, we spent a relaxed afternoon at the Dockweiler State Beach... enjoying the ocean, waves, view, sand, sun, airplanes ascending & descending, and the cool breeze. What a much-needed break!
