I had an aMAzing experience with my private photographer, ❤️Alina❤️! She offered creative suggestions for backgrounds/poses and was more than willing to incorporate my vision as well. I absolutely LOVE, LOVE, LOVE our role play. Alina was the paparazzi, and I, of course, was the look-alike star, the mistaken identity. 😂 So much fun!! You have to see it (below) to believe it. ❤️Alina❤️ captured great action shots of me hiding my face as I escaped the intrusive paparazzi of Beverly Hills. The weather wasn’t the best during my vacation as it rained on and off. However, Alina diligently watched the weather and offered backup times just in case. Thank you, ❤️Alina❤️, for making my private photo tour everything I wanted!

Took my local Photography Club on a Metrolink trip into Los Angeles and a walking tour of Downtown. Of course lots of images were taken and Many fond memories of my childhood days exploring the city were refreshed. Very busy day as there was a celebration for Dia De Los Muertes. and 5 professional Sports Games were all playing on that day. So much for a quiet day Downtown. What was supposed to be an Architural shoot turned in to people watching.

I contacted Alina, CEO of Friendly Local Guides, when I discovered that the Viking river cruise from Moscow to St. Petersburg would not do these cities 'justice' given the ship's tours. Alina was highly and quickly responsive and available AND very helpful in designing our days with private guides based in each city. In addition, her pricing is much friendlier than the prices for the optional tours with Viking. Even when Viking 'pulled the rug out from under us' with the timing of the itinerary in St. Petersburg, which was announced mere days before our arrival there, she came to the rescue in a jiffy to re-arrange things. My friend and I had 3 great days in Moscow and 2 days in St. Petersburg with her guides, both of whom were a pleasure to be with. Alina and her company are fantastic!

The first thing I liked was that you can choose the type of the tour. I wasn't really attracted to the idea of a walk on beaten paths (Red Square, Kremlin), so I chose Art-Moscow tour. It was really enjoyable and interesting walking tour, which included both historical buildings and churches and contemporary Russian art and galleries. We also had a nice lunch with traditional Russian pies ( "pirozhki" it calls). Will highly recommend to all my friends.
