Beautiful animals! Our tour guide Nae Nae was very knowledgeable, friendly and upbeat! She made the tour fun while giving us the background on each wolf and telling us about the sanctuary. We will definitely be going back and bringing friends and family! ❤

What an unforgettable experience! Our guide provided a lot of detailed info about each wolf and other (heartbreaking) info about the state of our wolves in this country. I would love to go back again, even though it was over 2 hour drive, it was...More

In reading the description I was totally looking forward to this experience, however my heart was sad in seeing the condition of this place and the life these animals live. While it's definitely amazing to have a wolf interaction, don't let this blind you too...More

The place is pretty cool and the wolves are amazing to look at. However, the customer service is sorely lacking. Maybe something about being in the desert makes them sour? The lady at the reception was the nicest person ever. She had great stories and...More

We got introduced to all the wolves at the sanctuary -each with their own story of tragedy, but also how they healed and adapted to their new environment. The highlight of the tour was petting Holan, one of the male wolves, and being able to...More

You get to spend about 20 minutes with two different wolves. It was very nice and pictures were taken. This location is very remote and smaller than what I expected. Kind of made me sad that they are in the desert without... More

Your guesstimate is accurate. The amount of time spent on the tour was about 2-3 hours including time in the gift shop. Call in advance though to be sure they have a time slot open for the day you plan to visit.

Wolves are so much larger and more powerful than dogs and coyotes. To raise a wolf is NOT a good idea at all. Their might be local state laws (or federal permits) that don't allow for raising wolf as well. Should re-think... More
