2.5-hour Monterey Bay kayak tour

Great trip, went out with Luke and Sean. Quite a large group (around 12 of us), so had two guides. Saw plenty of seals and sea otters, a great first-time experience of kayaking!!

Elkhorn Slough is a fantastic place to check out the local wildlife. Great viewing of otters, seals, and all types of birds in the slough and around Moss harbor. Sarah was a great guide! Will return in the fall.

The kayak rental process is efficient considering the onslaught of customers on a weekend. The rental gear is certainly not top notch, but it gets the job done. We rented a closed double kayak and stayed for about 4 hours in the Slough. The wind is an issue on the return, but the staff gives ample warning about that fact.... More

Outstanding company and services. Special thanks to Luke and Shawn who trained and led 4 of us to an unforgettable experience on kayaking. Loved every minutes of it. Thanks.

They have two great locations to put in at, Moss Landing and the other is on Del Monte Beach just to the right of Wharf #1. You can't beat the deal or the customer service here! Rented a total of 4 times from them and then purchased our own yaks, with all the gear. You get good yaks for the... More

The weather was nice, the water wasn't too cold and the the otters were out at play. I saw otters playing with one another, eating fish they caught on the bay and some simply chillin'. Can't miss the seals as they cry out making their presence known. Great way to spen a morning or an afternoon and a must do!!

This was so much fun, I couldn't recommend it higher. Our guide Courtney was really friendly and so knowledgable about the local nature. She was patient too, what with us crashing into her kayak at the start and then going a bit slower as I captured the experience on the GoPro! The time flew by and really made my wife's... More

Upon entering the water there were a group of baby leopard sharks to our right. As our guide John was checking them out, a young Grey Whale emerged 30 feet to our left! Unbelievable! After that we saw Sea Otters, Sea Lions, Seals and got to view and handle a Sea Star and a Sea Hare. We even saw the... More

We had a great experience. Check in was quick and easy, we were outfitted for the weather and our guide was very knowledgeable. Couldn't ask for more.

I am visiting with a friend who has been here before. What a treat. We did go first thing in the morning, which I highly recommend. There was no wind. It wasn't busy yet. They outfitted us with rain jackets and pants (TAKE THE PANTS) UNLESS it is warm out. I am so glad we had the layers. We stayed... More
