The greens are wonderful (but tricky) and the course is well maintained. Not much sand or water. Play was pretty fast. I walked and carried (the old fashion way). 36 dollars for a senior rate to walk. WOW. I loved it. Beautiful views of Morro...More

This is more the "Poor man's Pebble Beach" than all of the other coast courses who say they are. Course in good shape, challenging for all level of golfer, hilly but still easy to walk.
