Everyone here was super laid back and friendly. I'm used to pushing off right from the beach, but they were really helpful with getting us into and out of the kayaks off the dock. Reasonably priced and good equipment.

This was worth the expense. The boat trip takes you about 7 miles out into the Pacific Ocean on a hunt to find the humpback whales that feed off the California coast in summer. Whales are wild animals and the Pacific is huge, so I...More

Our guide at the 4 o 'clock ride knew everything about the whales. We saw a lot - also sun fish, dolphines, and he explained the bird life too. I took a lot of nice pics. A last even a whale jumped of the water!...More

Our family of five took this one-hour boat ride and had a great time. At first you start out above water looking at the sea lions resting on a dock, then you get to go below deck and watch the fish swarm for the food...More

We were apprehensive since most whale watching tours we have been on were much larger boats traveling much farther in the ocean. We tried it and we seen 3 humpbacks pretty close. The staff was fantastic.

Agree with above; if you go on a whale watching tour you will probably see whales. I went in June of this year and we saw many whales, and it was amazing.

We will be in Morro Bay on Wednesday 10 September and would like to take a whale watch tour. Do we need to book in advance to ensure we get two seats?

Planning to take a whale watch tour when we are in Morro Bay in early April. Does the time of day affect number of whales you're likely to see? In other words, are we likely to see more whales on the morning tour vs. midday vs. afternoon? Appreciate any input!
