Nestled in the heart of Napa Valley's Oak Knoll District, Silenus Vintners...

Nestled in the heart of Napa Valley's Oak Knoll District, Silenus Vintners is one of Napa's few multi-winery operations. We offer winemakers and vineyard owners the unique opportunity to produce their wines in our facility with many represented in our joint tasting room. We are currently home to fifteen of the Valley's most sought after boutique wineries who collectively produce more than 30 wines from some of the best-known vineyards in Napa and Sonoma Valleys. Please join us in our Napa Valley tasting room for a sampling of exquisite hand-crafted and hard-to-find Artisan wines. We offer the perfect blend of beautiful surroundings, fine wines, and camaraderie. An experience you're sure to remember!

We stopped in here as part of our Platypus trip and loved our visit and the wine! The vineyard is beautiful, the staff were all friendly and knowledgeable and the wines were to die for! In fact, we went back the next day to buy more wine. I highly recommend this gem of a place!

We visited Silenus as the first stop on our Platypus Winery Tour. Our host was the delightful Hannah who couldn't have been more helpful and ensured we had a superb tasting. Every one of our party enjoyed at least one of the wines (unique for the day) and we were offered an enhanced special selection tasting as well for a... More

A recommendation by multiple locals, Silenus Winery was a must visit for us. Our last tasting in Napa, we were somewhat wined-out when we got there. This quickly changed when we sat down with Sue and had some amazing wines. Silenus is unique in the fact they are a custom crush facility and rent their machinery and space out to... More

Nice concept of providing facilities for smaller winemakers. But nothing remarkable about tasting experience. Best wines for me were Silenus Merlot and the eagle rose

Good place to visit and check out very small lot production wines. A couple of them were really good, a couple others were just OK. Staff is exceptionally friendly and you can tell they enjoy their business more than at most wineries. They could also use a little work on their wine knowledge. Might want to come with a designated... More

The idea of a Wine Collective comes to life at this un-stuffy, beautiful spot. We've been twice and find the team, especially Hanna, well informed, gracious and happy to share their smarts. If you're looking for the Napa winery experience but are not interested in chasing around the valley Silenus is a must do. Enjoy!

We really enjoyed this experience and like the philosophy of this winery. They make their own wines but they also allow smaller artisan winemakers to use their property to produce their wines. Hannah took so much time with our group and taught us so much. And the wines were all so good. I would make this a must do during... More

Like many of the reviews we stopped as our first stop of the day as part of a Platypus tour. A long table was set up outside on the patio under umbrellas for our group to sit while we did the tasting. Our tasting was $15 for 6 wines plus we got a bonus wine thrown in. The wines were... More

I have been to many many wineries. Very disappointed with the pours of the tasting. Literally they were so small- I wasn't even able to get a good enough taste to judge the wine. This was the worst pour amount I have ever had at a tasting. Literally 1 gulp. For the money of the tasting- avoid. Not enough to... More

Our first wine stop at 10am was at Silenus Vintners where we had a sit down private meeting with them and tasted a mere six wines. Highly recommended for their Ideology Pinot Noir… I immediately became a club member. There is seriously nothing more fun like doing something you shouldn’t… like drinking wine at 10am.
