We hiked the skyline trail to rim rock trail (wow was this challenging!) and back down eventually ending on lake Marie road. The total 7.5 mile hike took us just over 3 hours. The views could have been better, but overall this was a beautiful hike. We were so glad to have gone on a 45/50 degree day because if... More

The hike to Lake Marie was beautiful. The path had great views of Napa valley but also wilderness, we even saw deer on our hike. The hike was long but not to strenuous on the main Lake Marie trail. The skyline trail we used to hike down- I would not want to hike up that one it was strenuous!- but... More

It took us about 4 hours to go to Lake Marie and back. Great workout, but not too strenuous. There are alternate routes to return; they all go back to the main parking lot, so you won't get lost.

Skyline is a fabulous slice of nature featuring wonderful hikes and views of the surrounding area. It offers rv sites and tent camping. I believe the entry fee is $5/car.

We hiked here in ealy October. Well marked hiking trails that lead up to a beautiful small lake. You can hike up the ridge trail and walk down the road trail. Moderate hike, not to strenuous. Spectacular views of Napa, the bay and San Francisco

Skyline Wilderness Park is right at the edge of the town of Napa. There is an admission fee of $5.00 per car -- well worth it. Within minutes of being out on one of the many trails, you are out in beautiful field sof golden grass and trees and hills. There are short hikes or hikes up to 10 or... More

We stayed at the RV park in a motor home for 7 days. Very quiet even during Labor Day weekend. Rustic but has all you need and the hiking trails were a great bonus. 30 mins walk to the downtown Napa (Napa Market Place) which is totally doable as I walked for coffee to Starbucks in the morning, however no... Trails are well marked and easy to follow - whether you want easy or more strenuous - it was a beautiful day hiking and fun to get out and enjoy the environment.

This privately owned park has a great trail network for hikers and mt bikers. Haven't seen a crowded day yet. You can park for free at the school aboretum and hike in an extra mile if the parking lot is full at the entrance. Beautiful views of Napa valley and San Pablo Bay in the distance!

We had a great time hiking in the Skyline Wilderness park. Did a 4 mile hike. Wished we'd had longer to continue exploring the trails. We'll be back!
