As much or as little to do as you wish. Beaches are clean and quiet. Grocery store and others nearby. Great selection of restaurants, pubs and bars within a short walk.

Its a truly very beautiful place -but expensive. I love it! The best of America. Lots to see and do in this area, very close to John Wayne airport and only 45 minutes from L.A.
