This was our first time walking around here and it's nice you have all kinds of things to see and do.. u have small boat reantals you have the bars the food right by the ocean sea view.

Jack London, the famous author, is the inspiration for this plaza by the Bay. He grew up here. He entertained himself here. There's even a cool historic bar that has a slanted counter!

Just a day trip in the city, and stumbled on a farmers market that sold HALAL meat!!! My friend was overjoyed as that's the only meat she can eat. We enjoyed the picnic, music and hanging out with strangers.

This is a great place for walking, with either kids or adults, especially around sunset. The city and harbor lights, moored yachts and giant cranes that look like frozen, frigid draft animals stolen from an imagery past, are all quite beautiful in the shifting sunsets....More

The square is good but i didnt feel safe there, i have been there about 5 pm. Streets are empty, everybody staring ! By the way, the square has a good ocean view

Yes - There are a couple of parking structures and lots. Parking in the structure closest to the ferry is validated if you take the ferry.
