My favorite food places are Peony for dim sum, Ruby King Bakery for custard tarts (the best flaky crust in the world), and Vien Huong for pho. They have shrimp ho fun that is soup with a shrimp broth - the only pho restaurant that...More

Locals only come for some weekend shopping. Tourists hardly come except for a quick bite. Not recommend unless you're in the area and need an average Chinese food fix.

A place worth visiting mainly because of the produce markes there and because some of the restaurants are very good. Certainly not as colorful and interesting as San Francisco´s Chinatown. BART can be used to reach this area.

Can't go to San Fran without a walk thru chinatown. Colorful displays, interesting architecture, paper lanterns over the walkways, great way to get in your steps.

More relaxed than SF chinatown and less busy. Streets are wide and not as crowded. The usual feel of Chinatown is there. Lots of restaurants and bakeries to choose from. Quite a few of Vietnamese ones as well.
