Great little train inside the park

We have to ride this each visit to the park. My kids are 6 & 8 and they still want to ride. Great for any age.

When our family visits Irvine Park, no matter what else we do, the zoo, the lake, rent bikes, picnicking, etc.... riding the train is a MUST! The tracks wind through the shady trees and past the lake, with children waving and the bells clanging as we cross the road. It's an exciting (and inexpensive) adventure for kids of all ages.

We visited last weekend with our 5 year old grandson and were truly impressed. The horseback riding options were the best we have ever found, with both small ponies for toddlers and small horses for young kids. Once he is 8 there is yet another option so we will definitely return. Not the usual horse ride where they are just... More

Great place for families with young children. Cheap ticket prices and the actual ride is perfect for toddlers. Restrooms are close by and they were clean. Plenty of parking. Pony rides too! Snack bar with burgers & drinks. Plenty of snacks too. I hear that during the holidays they go all out with decorations. Overall I will visit them again!

Delighted the grandkids! Also, there were horse rides that bigger kids would love to take. Beautifully landscaped--pleasing to the eye, as well as clean and interesting.
