Feather Falls is beautiful! The Forest Service viewing platform provides a great view. The trail to and from the view is excellent, but note the return hike back to the parking lot is uphill.

My son and I set off to make the hike to the falls at noon, we had heard that the shorter trail had some washed out areas so we took the longer trail. It is every bit of 4.5 miles and is up and down...More

Hike is at least a 8.2 mile round trip and is challenging. However, the trail is wonderfully maintained, wide and safe. Views and vegetation are spectacular. Feather Falls itself is something to behold and the hike is worth it. Be in decent shape to do...More
