This is a really cool military museum to visit, especially since the restorations are accomplished by dedicated veteran volunteers. If you are interested in air planes this museum is a must. They have the largest collections of World War II flyable planes. They also have American history on the war and how the air power changed the outcome of the war.

We learned so much. A real enjoyable day. Learn about our history and those who fought for us all. Not just for military or WWII history buffs.

The airplanes and helicopters on display were great to see. Loved the historical displays and technical information they gave about each machine. The docents were a lot of retired military with great stories.

You would need to check out the schedule of events at the museum. There was a USO show the day we visited, but not sure there is an 'every Friday night' type of thing.
