Built in 1884, this historic home was built for the first permanent white settler and is today the oldest building in Palm Springs.

This looks like nothing from the outside but is really rich with historical flavor inside. Lovely docent with lots of stories to tell. Very well maintained. What an interesting family!

There are several historical buildings all co-located at the heart of downtown and this is one of the best. Well worth taking the time to enjoy this freebie when it's open.
