This is my first ever posted review of anything. Naturalist/driver/guide Don S. was excellent off-road driver giving the nervous edge we all seek, and exceptionally knowledgeable and articulate about the fault, the rocks, the vegetation, the oasis etc. Never having been in an off road or hummer before, this was an adventure, some incredible twists and turns and jolts, yet... Don was a wonderful Guide! Exceptional knowledge of natural history, floral, fauna & wild life. Don even spotted a Rattlesnake a took pictures for us prior to chasing it off the trail. Thanks Don for a great tour. Jim & Val, Farmington, MN

Our private Hummer Tour to the Blue Cut Fault (branch of the St Andreas Fault) in the southern end of Joshua Tree was simply FANTASTIC! We'd told our boys that we'd be heading out on a "Toyota Prius tour of Palm Spring!" and they were blown away when Scott pulled up outside the house in an open top bright yellow... More

We recently went on the Joshua Tree tour with Adventure Hummer Tours. Pop was our guide and made the trip perfect. Admittedly it was about 58 and windy by the time we got into the park, and shorts and tshirts were probably not the best things to have worn, but Pop had blankets and jackets to keep everyone warm. The... More

This tour was outstanding. The change in climate, the open air Hummer, and of course Joshua Tree itself. However, what distinguished this from other tours was the guide, Jeff. He had a great sense of humor. He offered (and provided) blankets and coats to make sure we were all comfortable as it gets freezing!! Then, as the cherry on the... More

OUR BEST OUTING EVER!!! We recently visited Joshua Tree National Park. Of course, since the park is so vast, we had no idea where to find desert flowers and the most interesting spots there. JEFF, our amazing driver and guide, was prompt in picking us up at our B&B, so knowledgeable, personable, interesting, fun, and as he related, his prime... More

We took our daughter and 3 teen grandsons on the San Andreas fault tour. Scott is a very nice guy and was really a wealth of information - even the boys enjoyed hearing about the S.A. fault but of course were most interested in the off road portion of the tour and riding in a Hummer. While it was interesting... More

We were in Palm Springs for a wedding and took time to visit Joshua Tree NP with this tour company. Patrick, our guide was a wealth of information about the area, culture, history, and flora & fauna. The park was quite unique and the trees amazing. We also made a visit to the Palm Oasis with was stunning. I would... More

It was an ok tour. From the description it sounded like you were going to be going through the dessert and seeing all kinds of nature, where the Indians lived, etc. We were picked up in a Van at our hotel and drove around in it to the Palm Oasis and then to a storage unit to get the Hummer.... We went on the Joshua Tree tour - even saw a rattlesnake from the Hummer ... There is information on the way up to Eureka peak and CA-themed classic rock music on the way down - family found it fun and worthwhile.
