worth a visit and does not take long. The balcony at the top provides a spectacular view of the Stanford architecture - the old quad, the new one and lots more. And you don't have to climb the steps, there is an elevator :).

Pay a visit and go up to the top, see the view of the East bay. Nice and worth the trip! Beautiful spot in the Stanford U campus.

The Observation Platform in the building gave my partner and I an extraordinary overview of the Stanford campus.

The Hoover tower offers great views of the Stanford campus as well as a good insight in Mr and Mrs Hoover's interests in science and global cooperation.

Our first experience going to the top of the Hoover Tower (and my husband attended Stanford for 5 years). Small fee, and well worth it. Fantastic views of Stanford and surrounding areas. On a clear day...you can see "forever."

The tower definitely provides a stunning view of the whole Stanford campus. You get a 360 view and great photos. Nothing more, nothing less. In the entrance hall, there are two rooms, ledt and right, where you can read a bit of the university's history just before you go up with the elevator.

The volunteer guides add a lot to this setting. They have great stories and expansive knowledge of the tower's history. Cool view. If you are claustrophobic this might be a bit unsettling..
