We were in Paso for New years and we were glad BarrelHouse Brewing was open. My husband and son brew beers so they were looking forward to trying this facility and their microbrews. I had also set up a little tour for them, which they really enjoyed. It's a fun little place, a must visit when in that area. Hope... More

My wife and I have stopped here twice while traveling south on Highway 101. The cement work in the beer garden makes a visit to the barrelhouse a special event. They have a wide selection of excellent ales as well. They were not serving food yet the last time I was there, but you can bring your own picnic lunch... More

The beer was great. I had the IPA's and the Stout. Didn't have any food from the outdoor BBQ. The folks that hang out there were fun and friendly. This has the best looking outdoor seating area. It was great place to hang out and enjoy great beer.

Came here on a girls trip and this was the first stop in tin city. The brewery is super laid back in a nice setting. I sampled Templeton, blonde, sunny daze, oatmeal stout and harvest ale. Something else really cool about Tim city is that food trucks start coming in around 2ish so you can spend all day here and... More

We visited this place while with our family, which included three young children. The outside ambiance was wonderful, with lots of room for the kids to play. The beer was excellent, with quite the variety. A pop up pizza grill was also there, which was delicious. I would definitely recommend a stop when in Paso.

If you are looking for a fun, relaxing place that serves great beer...this is the place to come! Nice outdoor area with tables in a beautiful grass area, waterfalls, neat old truck converted to band stage. Barrel full of pretzels and spicy mustard to enjoy while enjoying a unique beer and the company of family or friends. Tip - if... More

This place makes great beers and the beer Garden is a wonderful place to enjoy it. The staff, however, is clueless. They were busy eating their chips while several customers are waiting to order. Too bad such a wonderful place is tainted by mediocre service.

there is a very popular brewery just up the road from Barrelhouse. Dont be fooled by all the hoopla. It is nice but this place makes some really really good beer. Rustic real charm. Staff is welcoming. love it!

Second time here. Loved their craft beer lineup. Their sessionable Good Medicine Elixir is perfect for warm weather. The special sours they had on tap (Othello and Helena) were both really tasty. Even loved the mango IPA, and that's not usually my thing. This place is ideal for groups. Tons of space in the open-air brewery. Beautifully designed patio with... More
