I've lived here all my life. The unique shops, eateries and throwback to the old west makes this a great place to stroll for a peek back in history. There are upscale restaurants $$$$ where more dressy attire might be nice down to fast food...More

Lots of old shops and souvenirs to buy. A couple of old saloons too. Horse and carriage rides. Worth the visit. Nice places for lunch too.

We spent a couple of hours here and enjoyed our time. The shops and museums were fun to explore and we enjoyed a good lunch at Joe’s Crab Shack. We also enjoyed a nice view of the river.

Old Sacramento history is full of fascinating facts and secrets and experiences. We started by going underground. It was fun to discover some of those secrets. We truly enjoyed this visit.

I like Firehouse for the seafood, but I guess it depends on what style you want. For a good pub-burger go to O’Malleys Irish pub.
