This museum was relatively compact but contained many well displayed items as well as hands-on activities. It would be of special interest to those interested in California Gold Rush Days.

The Exhibit about the Treatment of the Japanese was very interesting, but you have to be prepared to stand and read slit. The rest of the museum was of average interest and the need to introduce some helpful signage.
