After visiting the State Capitol we wandered through the park. The weather was perfect and not too crowded. Parking can be challenging but worth the visit.

This was a good place to take the dog for a walk but I think I am seeing some evidence of homeless. Possible needle sightings? Be safe and be alert.

Another option is to take advantage of the "valet parking" at the restaurants across fro the park for $5 to $6 Then tip for $5 bucks and park longer time for less cost....
