We were just driving and came across this school. We ate a sandwich that was prepared by the chef. It was delicious. We were able to see some of the students prepare foods to eat.

Had the wine paired dinner with the CIA students while in Napa and it was perhaps the best combination of quality and value. Highly recommended!

We have been to the CIA to eat and for classes. It is an amazing place for both. This trip was just a short stop to see what was new in the store. We got a few things that are specialty items.

We went for a plating class but learned some new tricks even for some basic tricks to make your cooking easier. Rather ambitious for beginner chefs, but our chef was very patient and adapted to the various levels of proficiency within the class. Great fun...More

Agree with the previous comments. Strongly recommend that you make a reservation at the conservatory where the students are making every effort to create a more elegant environment in a beautiful setting.
