On my way to Oakridge Mall, I celebrated July 4 by taking a walk around Almaden Lake. The lake is the Main Event and well worth seeing.

We went to Almaden Lake Park, It is a very pretty lake area in San Jose. There is parking charge, currently $6.00 per car. One can fish, bike and walk. There are picnic facilities. There is also bocci ball and volleyball play areas.
