We really enjoyed our tours of the Winchester Mystery House. The kids were enthralled. We did the regular tour and the extended tour. Great tour guides.

Although enjoyable, we were not awestruck. Wear comfortable shoes, a lot of walking. The history of the Winchester Family and being in the mansion as it was being related, was the best part.

I've not been for over 12 years and the tour has definitely changed in that time, so it was worth a revisit. Do the extended tour which goes to extra places, you will not regret it!

Absolutely loved this. Tristen was our tour guide and she was worth 10 stars! She made the tour awesome. You need to know that you will sweat buckets! There is no air conditioning and few fans, to offer relief. I'd still go again.

Definitely worth a visit. Very unique house with beautiful architecture and a cool story behind it. Doors that opens to nothing and stairs that lead to the ceiling. Mrs Winchester had a creative mind. The explore more tour was great and took us into the...More

You can get the tour the same day. We had a lay over when flying out of San Jose and just went over.

One is given a junky flashlight to keep as part of the inflated price, its dark and spooky, you miss a lot just in view of the darkness. save your money, avoid the hype, go there on a sunny day. its not worth the extra... More
