Sporting a good playgound for the youngsters, a tiny train dating from the 1950's, tennis courts and generous grounds, SM Park is a great place to enjoy. But don't stop there! Visit the darling Japanese garden, marvel at the Rose Garden and pick up plants...More

One day is not enough to experience Central Park. One has to keep coming back and be in it for different days and various reasons. Cant wait to return!

The park is a family-friendly place to relax in San Mateo any time, but the Japanese Tea Garden, open 11-4, is a gem. It is very well designed, well manicured, and traditional. The koi are old and numerous and there are many other features.
