Beyond expectations! Our wine tour group had an exceptional lunch and wine tasting experience at Villa San Juliette. Roxan went over the top in providing us with a memorable culinary experience with delicious wines to pair with the food. She set us up on their front lawn and the service she provided was superb. It couldn't have been a better experience!
Thank you, Roxan! You're on my radar for my next Paso tour.

A beautiful property. Nice wine selection, friendly and helpful staff. Had a marvelous Chicken Salad Sandwich. Small but varied menu. Others particularly enjoyed pulled pork sliders. Would recommend this winery for anyone wanting a quieter, more personal experience.

I have had many wonderful visits to VSJ, and it's always been a very pleasant experience. VSJ has a very beautiful Tuscan setting, delicious wine and food, and great service. We ate lunch at VSJ twice during my visit this time. Chef Roberto is truly a master at his art. The catch of the day/salad was our favorite dish, with the NY strip a close second. Chef Roberto heard how much we enjoyed the fish and came outside to talk with us. The halibut we had on one of our visits was the most flavorfully and perfectly cooked halibut I have ever had in my life.

My favorite VSJ wines right now are the Grenache, the Alicante Bouschet, and the Petite Sirah.

The tasting room in in a Tuscan like villa, with beautiful outdoor seating areas. You are at the top of a hill with beautiful views. The food is excellent, the wine is great and the staff are very helpful and wine knowledgeable.

What a great place! We had a delicious lunch with friends. We sat out on the patio with terrific views of the vineyard.
The guys had the Frutti di Mare which is fresh clams, mussels, shrimp & scallops in a white wine tomato sauce served with garlic bread.
Our girlfriend had the Caesar Salad with grilled romaine lettuce, topped with house Caesar dressing, tomatoes, parmesan & rosemary croutons and added shrimp.
I had the Chicken Pesto & Burrata Sandwich with grilled chicken, fresh Pesto, Neapolitan Burrata (which is cheese) & arugula served on Ciabatta roll.
My sandwich needed to be eaten with a knife & fork, too large to pick up.
Our lunch was awesome. The chef, Roberto came to our table to say hello. For 25 years old he is very accomplished. Pam was great as well.
The wines are excellent. We came home with cases & goodies. A T-shirt, magnets, coaster, glasses.
We look forward to returning in May for our anniversary.

FANTASTIC! Look… you can sample delicious wine anywhere in the region. So, why not pick the most beautiful location? Be sure to ask for Pam! She is friendly, informed, and easy to chat away a tasting time with! My husband and I sat on the far end of the patio, under the gorgeous oaks, and looked out over the absolutely stunning grounds and gardens. Of the wineries we visited, this was the only one where we enjoyed each of the samples. Also, take advantage of their food menu. We loved the crab cakes!

Had just finished a wine tasting at Vino Vargas (very tasty) so we opted to just have lunch and 2 different glasses of wine at Villa San Juliette. It was already
mid-afternoon so we shared since dinner would be soon.

Setting/view on outdoor patio is beautiful, wines were very good but the Tuscan chicken sandwich was outstanding. Most tender/tasty chicken ever. We were even able to tell the chef, Roberto, how much we enjoyed it.
Service was great too.

We were here for a wedding. The venue is breathtaking! Looks like a Tuscan villa. Quiet area. Two separate areas for inside & outside activities. Fountain, pergolas, outside comfy seating. Views of vineyards all around.

This winery is one of the most beautiful we have visited in our many trips to Paso Robles (we live locally). It's actually located on the outskirts of the town of San Miguel (don't forget to stop and see the beautiful mission in town that you will pass by on the way to the winery)....around ten minutes north of Paso Robles. The drive to get to the winery goes thru miles of vineyards as it winds it's way up toward the winery.

The tasting room building (looks like a villa in Tuscany) is huge! At first we thought it was a Bed and Breakfast connected with the winery! We actually parked in front of the smaller barrel room building (ornate and beautiful also) and walked towards it thinking it was the tasting room! The large patio out front has breathtaking views in all directions of the surrounding vineyards. There are several sets of comfy outdoor sofas and chairs and tables with/without umbrellas on the patio and there is also seating under the two garden pergolas that frame the huge green lawn out front. The gardens that surround the villa and the large property are beautiful.

The wine was very good especially the Reserve Albarino. It surprised us because this winery has only been in existence for four years! Hats off to their talented winemaker! They also serve a nice little menu to go along with the wines. The bruschetta was excellent! There is entertainment on Sundays also (seasonal).

We found the customer service excellent and friendly also. Special thanks and appreciation goes out to Dana Molon who is their Hospitality Director. They couldn't have hired a better person for this position. She let us taste a few more wine samples above the six that they offer for the tastings....even opening up a bottle of zin that was not on the tasting menu but that they sell. She catered to us like we were the only ones there!! We were so impressed with her, the service, ambiance, and most of all the wonderful wines, that we joined the wine club on the spot!

Please don't miss this gem! Great way to relax and unwind with a glass or two of wine in a beautiful setting! You'll think you're in Europe!

This is literally a villa and is sometimes the setting for weddings, special events, etc. I chose this vintner due to interesting varietals and reasonable pricing. This is also one of the wineries that serves food, so tasting room staff do double duty. Our server was busy but happy to host a wine geek: when she had time, she was very forthcoming. It was our last stop, took our time, no worries. Our selections were a Pinot Gris, a Red Blend (Chorum), and an Alicante Bouschet. All are Paso Robles appellation (AVA).

The Pinot Gris is definitely a Gris, not a Grigio. Bottled under screwcap. The Chorum blend is Petite Sirah, Zinfandel, and a few others. Two of our favorite grapes, so an easy choice. Had never tasted an Alicante Bouschet before. Alcohol just 12.2%, red fruit dominant, friendly wine. A nice example of the breadth of wines now grown in the area.

Experience and pricing most enjoyable. Tasting fee waived with purchase.

Since there are special events at the site, I'd suggest avoiding weekends. We would return.
