Very helpful staff and gorgeous views from top. Take the elevator to top and walk down stairs to see every floor, the clock room is great and the murals are awesome

We took a tour of this landmark and it was great. There is quite a bit of history attached to this building. we just loved the panoramic view of the entire city and the view of the mountains in the distance.

Very nice but court was in session. Lovely old building but didn't see it all. Ceilings of the main building had beautiful paintings.

The County Courthouse is an awesome place to visit, and get a sense of Santa Barbara's architecture and heritage. The inside was reminiscent of some old European buildings.

This is real functioning courthouse which is hard to believe. Nice gardens, mural room and a view if you want to walk up. Worthwhile.

I can't remember for sure, but since it is a public building in use every day as a courthouse I am pretty sure it opens at least by 9 am.
