Nice 360 views of the different sites around town. It was free and totally worth the time. We had lunch around the area, with many restaurants around the area.

The Courthouse is a must see place. There are tours available however there are only held at certain times. My advice is to do a walk about yourself and ask the docent what times the tours are. You may also want to know that the...More

Got a marriage license here in 2004 😘 , plus it is a beautiful old building worth a visit, especially when there is an event such as Fiesta going on and dancers are performing

Beautiful centerpiece of Santa Barbara. Go through the interior to see the amazing tiles, paintings, ironwork, and chandeliers. The tower has beautiful views in all directions. We were disappointed that the clock room was closed.

Beautiful building with the Spanish influenced architecture and lovely gardens. I took a guided tour that was really fun - the guide was interesting and helped with the history of the area as well as the building itself. Well worth the hour!

Tours twice a day, every day. Accessible to wheelchairs. The mural room is great. So is the view from the tower.

Take the elevator to the top, last bit are stairs. Worth the climb. Hope you have your camera. Be sure to explore the entire building inside, especially the large courtroom with the murals.

I can't remember for sure, but since it is a public building in use every day as a courthouse I am pretty sure it opens at least by 9 am.
