The Granada just celebrated their 90th anniversary and we had the opportunity to join them with a one night production of the Midtown Men. More on that later. The Granada has a wonderful history and is a remarkable cultural venue for Santa Barbara. Fortunately through the amazing generosity of its patrons it has survived and thrived the last ninety years... More

The Granada was closed for several months for a remodel. I have to say that they were very quick about the remodel, which was good for the community! And the new interior is so much better! It's a pleasure to go there now!

We attended the State Street Ballet's - The Nutcracker. Extremely well done. The costumes and dancing were top rated.

We went to see Mannheim Steamroller and had seats off to the side... still a very good view and listen. Very nicely decorated and furnished, and so close to everything downtown. Parking was free for us that night, and just right next door in the Granada garage. We love the atmosphere of this area, and will go here again for... More

I love going to the Granada. It is a beautiful concert setting and I don't think there is a bad seat in the house. The concert was great, an uplifting holiday experience. Just walking in the building you can see the painstaking effort to return the theater to its former glory. It is a comfortable venue with great acoustics. Can't... More

The Granada theatre provided a comfortable and intimate concert setting. I had never been there before and was pleasantly surprised at the intimacy of this theatre and the acoustics, which I thought were excellent. It is nice to see such a grand old theatre being kept up and enjoying sell out crowds.

We've attended the past three or four New Year's Eve Pops concerts that are a tradition, with great fun, good music, and good cheer to be had in a wonderful setting. The theater has undergone a lengthy renovation, but the result is a stunning interior that's a joy to experience. These concerts are an especially good way for the "ordinary... More

Lovely old theater, beautifully restored and put to use with a variety of cultural events for the delight and benefit of Santa Barbara residents and others. We traveled to Santa Barbara to enjoy a Flamenco show featuring Jesús Carmona, a fabulous dancer from Spain. This is an intimate theater for it's not very big so wherever you sit you feel... More
