Our hotel, Harbor House Inn, provided bikes for guests to use. We rode the entire Bike Path. It was well thought out and it was one of the highlights of our trip.

Who would complain when riding along the Pacific coast! So relaxing! I didn't love the path itself - don't really trust drivers when on a bike - but appreciated the length of it and being able to ride along the ocean

We love biking along the waterfront and on Cabrillo up to the Mesa in Santa Barbara. The views cannot be beat!

What an awesome day on the bike trail! A must do when visiting Santa Barbara. Hired an electric cruiser style tandem from Pedego $129 for day rental. Not big on riding bikes but the electric boost was awesome...and such fun. Rode along the path past...More

We enjoyed riding bikes we rented at our hotel on several occasions along Cabrillo. Motorists are mostly very accommodating. We stayed at the Hyatt, which is at the east end of Cabrillo, so riding bikes west to State street, Stern's Wharf, waterfront, restaurants and shops...More

You can start this bike ride from near the zoo. It parallels the ocean for most of its length. It's hard to keep your eyes on the path since the ocean views are great. It problem is that the bike path is not long enough.

The bike path is nicely paved and very safe for the entire family, even the little ones learning to ride. We started our ride around 9 am on a Saturday. There were still plenty of free parking on the street. I suggest you park on...More

We enjoyed this bike path as pedestrians, and managed to stay clear of the cyclists. It was a great way to go between the boat harbor and Stearns Wharf. You also walked right next to the boats moored at the harbor, and went out to...More

The view of Ledbetter beach, the ocean, the islands, Shoreline park and the unique homes along this iconic bike path is without peer. It's a pretty long hill heading up towards the Mesa but a great and popular workout.

When we are in the area, we get up early every morning and run/walk along the bike path. It is a wonderful way to begin our daily adventures.

I noticed several but unfortunately I don't recall which ones. There are bike rentals around. I'd check the hotels flanking Carrillo and in a couple blocks and cal or check web sites under "hotel amenities". Good luck. It's... More

If you can se the previous answer, I concur. Wheels of fun is up State St. near the Cabrillo Blvd. area, which is the street running parallel to the beach near the wharf. It's wheely fun! 1.2 and 4 passenger bicycles... More
