This park is the home of the national Dragon tree champion. A specimen worth visiting Santa Barbara to see. Spectacular - but a shame the park put a dumb picnic table next to the tree that takes away from it gorgeous beauty. Dracaena draco, the...More

The structures at Kids World are such a great place for children to play, and there's a huge lawn for them to play and run around on, too. You can lay out a blanket on the lawn for a picnic, and there are also some...More

Our grandchildren BEG to be taken here every weekend. It has been improved and made safer with (heavy) gates and better hardware, but remains essentially the same otherwise. Love to see the children climbing on the concrete whale and shark--great photo op.

Has terrific playground for the kids, lots of beautiful trees and grass for the adults. Next to Alice Keck Park which is also beautiful and worth visiting. Your kids will love this place too. Bring bread to feed the birds & fish in the pond.

Parents should stay close to kids at this park. Many places in the structures for kids to to hide, and many homeless wandering about - some gentle but some angry and cursing. Great place under close supervision.

Took my son to the twice during our 4 night stay in Santa Barbara. He loved it especially the giant play set (aka Kid's World). The play set reminds me of Winchester Mystery House in San Jose because there are steps that lead to nowhere...More
