A ride on the trolley provides a fast, easy and enjoyable way to get a quick overview of the city and its sights. The stops are enjoyable and educational as well.

If you are looking for "Santa Barbara in a nut shell", then take this tour. It covers all the important places and the tour guide gives a history lesson of each place- all in about an hour and a half. You can get on and off at each of the stops. Definitely worth the money.

This was a very interesting, worthwhile tour. Jay really knows his SB history, and includes just the right amount of detail in his stories. He also provides useful info on good restaurants, places to park and bus transportation if you miss the last trolley of the day.

I used to live in the Southern California and had never done a tour of Santa Barbara, great trolley tour with Jay. This is reasonably priced and covers all of the highlights in the Santa Barbara area. The area is so beautiful, Jay told about the history and all of the famous people that now live in the Montecito area.... More

We bought the one day pass with the intention of riding both days. It was raining the whole week so it kept up busy. Slight problem was the second day we waited ages at the pick up stop so I eventually called the office. They said they weren't running that day since it rained overnight???@@ It was dry in the... Due to being off peak season, I was the only person on this trolley tour. The tour guide Richard was amazing and ran it as if he had a trolley full of people. He was so knowledgable and his commentary of Santa Barbara was spectacular and so entertaining the complete route. He also recommended places to visit and dine. I... More

Our tour guide was not particularly engaging, tho he was very knowledgable. It was worth our while because it gave us a great overview of Santa Barbara, and we could decide on the places we wanted to return to. If you do this tour and are interested in the Clark estate - read Empty Mansions! Very interesting and great history!

This is a hop on hop off narrated tour at a very reasonable price. Our driver was Ricardo and bc we traveled in January (not high season), we had the entire tour to ourselves. Ricardo was great, very knowledgable about SB history, interesting facts and the inside scoop on celebrities in SB. Definitely a must do for new comers. Gives... More

They offer 2 day pass for $22.00. You can hop on and off to several locations including Fess Parker Inn, Montecito Inn, Santa Barbara Mission, Courthouse and State Street to name a few. There is parking at the Visitor Center. Highly recommend the trolley. Lots of information. Definitely will be back!
