We visited quite a lot wine yards and tasting places in California during our tournament. This one was one of the absolute best ones. Great experience and personnel friendly and knowledgeable about their wine and wine industry in particular. We even tried a few extra wines out of the program, which had character and beatifically full bodies. Great tasting place... More

This was a perfectly relaxed afternoon... gorgeous setting. We paid the $15/person to do the tasting and they took us thru 7 of their local wines. Pours were generous enough, and we paused halfway thru to go enjoy the cheese etc that we had brought with us out on the lawn. Mountain views... flowers and vines in every direction. There... More

My daughter and I visited on a Sunday afternoon. We each enjoyed all 5 wines on the tasting list. Staff was so friendly. Sat outside in a quiet picnic area overlooking the vineyard and terrific mountain views. Highly recommend.

Enjoyable visit but we visited better vineyards. The wine was nice but not our favourite and the tasting rooms were a bit gloomy. The setting is really nice and it was a pleasant visit though.

First, I've seen many favorable reviews from California residents, many who are within driving distance of this winery - I happen to be from Michigan and getting to the central coast is neither easy nor inexpensive. Secondly, I am an experienced wine enthusiast with a cellar and have visited many wineries in several countries. We made a trip in November... More

This was our first stop on a week's journey of wine tasting up the coast of California and what a great place to begin! The winery is picturesque - they were setting up for a wedding while we visited. The shop and tasting room were very nice and Paige, who we did tastings with, knew her stuff. Liked that they... We have been to Napa and decided to only visit one winery as there are tasting rooms in Santa Barbara. Our family went to the barrel to bottle tasting. Because we had joined the wine club before we went, we were able to save some money on the cost of the tasting. Ed was our wine tasting leader. He was... More

We had a very nice and informative tasting in a wine cave setting. The gift shop has very good treats ( spreads, oils etc.) and wine paraphernalia. They also have grape vines nearby and we were able to taste the different variety of grapes, which was very educational. The staff is very friendly and knowledgable.
