Stopped by here a few days ago with a group of 3 as a last minute idea for something to do in Santa Cruz before heading home. It's probably best to make reservations, especially if you have a bigger group. We showed up last minute with no reservations and were told that we'd have to wait around 90 minutes. We... More

The Mystery Spot is located in the redwood forest just outside of Santa Cruz. It was a fun thing to do and I think kids would enjoy the illusion. Tour guides have good sense of humor. It doesn't take too long to tour. Nice outing in the woods close to town.

This was a really fun experience. I would highly recommend this to families and people who want a different/fun experience. The optical and physical illusions of the place are really mind bending. But it's also an experience that, having done it once, I won't repeat again...unless my kids beg to go.

We arrived around 1030 with our reserved tickets. Parking is limited so come early. The tour guide Shasta was the best. Great place for kiddos!

This was an interesting crazy place with a lot of wonder. The guide made the tour with his wit. He also knew who to react with and had great observation.

We had a great time with our son's family and four-year old grandson. The guides are fantastic and fun to be with.

This was a fun outdoor activity. It's a bit difficult for those with walking or health issues to maneuver the attraction. The price is about right for the attraction. Mo the tour guide involved everyone in attendance in his demonstrations. This was an interesting way to spend an hour.

We took our 8 & 13 year old grandsons. They really enjoyed being off kilter. Tours are well organized and staff is very friendly. Expect Corney jokes! Be aware the walk to the top is steep, but you are given enough time and railings.

Weird but true that we had quite some fun there.. the gravity is pretty abnormal which makes the visit all the more fun!!! Will surely come back given a chance!!

I didn´t care much for going cause i didn´t believe in it. Walking up the hill was surprisingly hard, and hanging from the roof inside the house blew my mind. Still trying to google this mystery 2 years later.
