We visited for a few days midweek and came back on a Saturday. Midweek was not very crowded. Weekend was a mess. Enjoyed the view from the beach with the fun noise and music from the boardwalk. Could see sea lions and otters swim by...More

We arrived at the Boardwalk in the late morning and what we first thought was busy turned out to be barely so as compared to the afternoon crowd. The best way to find the closest parking is just drive east along Beach Street and pay...More

This is an amusement park along the beach - nothing more, nothing less. It's crowded even during the day on a weekday, and it is full of overly-excited teenagers who are unable to pay attention to where they are going. I've been jostled less on...More

Great views, rides, beach, and food. Enjoyed everything. I suggest bringing your own food and drinks since they are a little spendy.

Had fun at the Friday night Eddie Money concert it was free and a great beautiful night. We will definitely be back with our children to enjoy all the rides on the boardwalk. Santa Cruz in general is a great place to visit.

Santa Cruz is a perfect example of a traditional seaside amusement park. The jewel in the crown is the 1924 Giant Dipper roller coaster, which is superbly maintained and offers thrills that guests young and old can enjoy. Parking isn't cheap at $15 but there...More

We visited with our 3 grandchildren (11, 7, and 18 months) and our adult children. Some great rides especially for our adventurous 11 year old. Places to rest, snack and have a coffee or ice-cream. A few shops but rather pricey. All in all a...More
