Perfect!

Love this small winery. Great story behind the winery and they produce delicious array of wines at a great cost! Can't wait for our shipment to arrive!

We just arrived in Sonoma Valley for three days of wine tasting. We arrived at our bed and breakfast in time to do one tasting and to purchase a bottle for the evening hot tub. Our host directed us to Hook and Ladder Winery. It was a great choice and they warmly welcomed us at the end of their day.... More

We visited this winery as we had read that they waved the tasting fee for Visa Signature Card holders (not uncommon perk - check it out & save! ). Alas we had a VERY grumpy older woman behind the bar angrily tell us that they no longer offered this so we needed to pay. This was okay as The wines... More

We went here on our valley tour and were very surprised how wonderful the experience was. Our wine educator Devin was outstanding. Not only did we get a great tasting, but then he took us on an unplanned tour of the facility and barrel room. That was a big hit with those in our party who had never seen grapes... More

Devin was awesome. Poured with fun explanations of their wine. The franc is what hooked us. For those of you who don't know (we didn't) the hook and ladder relates to firefighters! So all you firefighters bring a patch!

One of our favorite wines and now one of our favorite wineries to visit! Staff were very helpful and all of the tasting choices were amazing. To top it off there was an outdoor BBQ which had the best lamb kabobs and quinoa. Everything about our visit was excellent and we will be back as soon as we can.

Devin, the Tasting Room Manager, was a great Host....informative, friendly and funny. What more could you ask for? We had a great time tasting, touring the facilities and enjoying a picnic in the vineyards.

We walked from our airbnb place. It was a cute place off Olivet rd. their wine selection and variety was very good. The wine counselor was excellent. We bought two of their wines and enjoyed our experience. There are no picnic tables.

Wines were okay- the tasting room is neat with all the shirts and patches. Everyone was friendly, and they had some really good reds.

Our server was knowledgeable with almost thirty years with the winery. Although we did not buy any wines, the tasting was nice and we learned about the history. They seem to hang T-shirts from various fire departments from the ceiling so take one to donate if you care.
