I'd been meaning to take the Sausalito Wooden Boat Tour for several years and finally got around to it. So glad I did! I took my wife and her son and we all enjoyed it immensely. Victoria is a lively and informative guide to the...More

We just drove around and looked at the interesting boats. Did not pay for a tour. I am sure there is some interesting history surrounding each house boat, but they are just cool to view on your own as well.

You will be transported back 50 years in this historical working boatyard. Great library, boat building tools, machines and artifacts. Freda, the oldest sailing pleasure vessel on SF Bay is at the dock.

It is phenomenal we still have this living history going on throughout the Sausalito Waterfront. Spauldings has been there since 1956!

The Wooden Boat Tour is a must for visitors to Sausalito. This walking tour of the historic waterfront covers much more than wooden boats. I lived in Sausalito for years and have walked the same ground, but Victoria knows the dramatic history and made it...More

The Wooden Boat Tour was tremendously informative and fun. Sausalito is rich in history and notoriety. A lot of colorful folks floated on these houseboats. Tour leader Victoria Colella guided us through skillfully and concisely.

We enjoyed the boat tour, hearing the background of how these boats got here. At the end a nice snack was provided by Victoria at her place of business. It would be nice to if there was a boat that was available to actually go...More
