The view is fantastic, the wines were very good, and the owner - Rosalind - is very friendly. I especially liked the pinot noirs, but the chardonnays and rose were also good. I definitely recommend this small winery.

My husband and I highly recommend this winery. We were greeted upon arrival and brought outside to our own little sitting area on the back patio. The patio is so tranquil it overlooks the winery vines. The wines are delicious. Our wine connoisseur Zackary was a delight and very informative.

Best wine in the area, nice people, and fantastic views. Slightly more boutique than some of surrounding wineries.

A great view, friendly staff and quality wine options. The wine options are limited, but this is made up by the quality of each option. The tasing room seating is very limited, so sometimes there is not a good location to sit if you want. They do not allow outside food, which can be a problem.

Thank you, Steve, for the review. Glad you enjoyed your visit and our wines. Just a reminder, if it's not too cold or rainy, we have plenty of seating outside on our patio with a view overlooking the vineyard. We also offer gourmet lunches, available with 48 hours notice, should you want to enjoy a meal with your wine tasting. Hope you'll visit again soon.

Poor hospitality and bad wines. Stay away if you are looking for a pleasant experience. There are too many other great wineries in the area

My husband and I were visiting for his 50th birthday. This was our second time visiting Sonoma county and Fog Crest was our favorite winery on our first visit so we were excited to go back. Well, it was nothing like the first visit. The patio was shut down because they were afraid it might rain which it never did and they said we could only do a tasting, no wine by the glass or bottle. We immediately left and we won’t be back.

From our owner: "We are so sorry that your recent visit to Fog Crest Vineyard did not meet your expectations. While we work very hard to ensure that every tasting experience meets our highest standards, once in a while some aspect of it may fall short for whatever reason. Please indulge us this mis-step and give us the opportunity to win back your favor. Upon your next visit to Sonoma county, please stop by and enjoy a complimentary tasting and cheese platter. Please call us prior to your visit so that we may reserve you a table on our patio, weather permitting. For our records and to help us accommodate you on your next visit, would you be so kind as to send us your name and phone number or e-mail address. You can e-mail it to info@fogcrestvineyard.com Thank you for bringing your experience to our attention - we appreciate the feedback. Happy belated birthday to your husband.
