Beautiful old home in some of CA's oldest vineyards

Castle Road is a gorgeous drive, past some of Sonoma's last old giant fragrant eucalyptus. Don't miss the nearby Bartholomew Park.

Castle Road is a gorgeous drive, past some of Sonoma's last old giant fragrant eucalyptus. Don't miss the nearby Bartholomew Park.

I took out of town guests here because I thought you could still visit the caves that Haraszthy built into the mountain. But they were closed. It's a wonderful historical place (first winery in valley etc.) but they say they are opening the caves soon. If so take a picnic and enjoy this very old and wonderful winery. The wine,... More
