I'm a local and I consider this a solid local affordable option. Massage therapists are better than the Fairmont and prices are lower. They also have really wonderful facials. The spa experience is topped off by some very relaxing hot and cool pools - just for spa guests. Highly recommend!!

Had the massage and pedicure package. The massage was 50 minutes which is a perfect length for me. The therapist worked on the areas I needed and was sensitive to my special needs. The pedicure was equally enjoyable.

Great staff and relaxing environment- would have spent more time in the outdoor hot tubs but it was a very rainy weekend- therapists were great and really listened to what you wanted from your massage. Nice products for the amenities and loved the relaxation room.

A massage therapist friend recommended this Spa as her "go to" day spa get-away. It was a fantastic afternoon. The locker room is well appointed with a plush locker and dressing room area, showers, and steam room in the women's area. The co-ed relaxation room, complete with a fireplace, dimmed lights, huge relaxing couches and chairs, tea, snacks, and magazines... More

Wonderful. The place smelled good when we walked in. The staff was friendly and relaxing. Nice robes. They lead you to a relaxation room with lemon water and teas. There's a nice fire going. The bathrooms had little pumps with mouthwash which I thought was a nice thought. My massage and facial were lovely. The gardens outside are beautiful. My... More

An excellent Spa that is well run, clean, and great amenities Patty (Spa Director) seems to always hire great folks and train them well I go to get my arm, elbow and shoulder realigned, but to also read and relax in the back oasis Samantha at the front desk always does an amazing job

My husband and I absolutely enjoyed our day at the spa! We had a couples massage and pedi, separate facials, and enjoyed lunch outside be the pool. The separate area for the pool and hot tubs is private, comfortable, and so enjoyable to be at. The staff was wonderful-friendly and very experienced! I go for regular massages, but I have... More

Stayed at McArthur Place, but came here to spa for the day as this was one of the few places that accepted Spafinder gift certificates. Silly that a lot of the other hotels are starting to not accept spafinder, as when we spa, we spa all day! Lovely waiting area, nice pool, and great service. Facial, scrub, and massage were... More

My massage by Joe and my facial by Maria, were definitely amazing. Both of them were so cordial, attentive, nice and excellent at what they do. I give both of them 10 stars! The ladies locker room was nice and I really enjoyed the euclyptus steam room although I should have arrived a bit sooner to enjoy all the facilities... More

I am not a regular spa user, but even I know that this place is special. We were guests at The Lodge and decided to have a couples massage for our anniversary. It was luxurious, relaxing, and unforgettable. Not only was the massage itself perfect, but the atmosphere was exquisite. The locker rooms were classy, and the outdoor areas were... More
