My husband and I happen to love olive oil and were pleasantly surprised to find this gem in Sonoma. Located in the Jacuzzi Family Vineyard building this is a must try. Tasty complimentary tasting given by a knowledgable and passionate about oil staff member. Their oils are award winning and purely extra virgin. Purchased a bottle of balsamic vinegar and... More

We booked a tour but unfortunately it was not the season for pressing olive oil. Nonetheless, the guide walked us through the process at the facilities and capped off the session with a thorough tasting.

We spent almost the entire tour looking in the back and taking incredible pictures! I will get married in this place, just because of how gorgeous it is! Now to the olive oil... anything you... This was a fascinating tour on every aspect of olive farming and olive oil production, along with the history of olive oil production in Sonoma and the meanings of oil classifications. Our guide was a biologist who was an expert in what makes foods taste the way they do. The tour was supposed to be 45 minutes; it lasted an... More

Katie Vanderlinden assisted us in the perfect olive tapenade "Kalamata olive " and some crackers and we had a great evening snack with our wine.

Oh my god I didn't know that there are a lot of varieties of balsamic vinegars! And they tasted great too! We bought chocolate and black cherry but we loved the pomegranate and peach as well. Yummy!

We were quite a large group and enjoyed the docent's enthusiasm and knowledge of the complicated process of turning olives into olive oil. The tasting was fun too!

There are so many different types, you could get confused. You get to taste test everything. It is in the Jacuzzi vineyards building, so then you can head over and taste their wines. Lots of fun!

So many flavors of delicious olive oil. And you can try all of them. This is attached to the Jacuzzi winery which is a must visit as well.

We purchased the fig balsamic vinegar and the pomegranate-undoubtedly the best we have ever tasted! We wish we could have had more time to taste the olive oils.

Thank Alice V
