Description:

Banner Island Ballpark is the home of the Stockton Ports baseball team....

Banner Island Ballpark is the home of the Stockton Ports baseball team. Built in 2005, in Downtown Stockton, also the same place where Lawrence Thayer wrote his famous poem "Casey at the Bat" took place. Banner Island is quite the sight for new comers, located next to Stockton's deep water channel, and the Downtown Stockton skyline. Banner Island is a great place for family fun! See you at the ballpark!

Bring your mitt to this one!

One of the better minor league ballparks I've been to. I've attended Spring Training Cactus league for 18 years. Very close to the action. Bring your mitt!

Went to Banner Island ballpark to watch the Stockton Ports single A baseball team. The park has spacious walkways, a good variety of food and drink vendors, as well as clean restrooms. The Ports mascot "Splash" kept the kids entertained throughout the evening. This was a great time out as a family!

This is one of the best family outings you can experience. It can be inexpensive as tickets are reasonable and you can eat before the game if you want to save money. But they offer a great variety of food. Sit in the front row midway between bases and it's a great place for your kids to get a foul... More

Banner Island is located right on the Delta channel in downtown Stockton. Nearly every night you can catch a soft cooling breeze brought in from the Bay area. the park itself is clean, well lit and provides food and drink for a very reasonable price. All of the staff are friendly and accommodating. The seats are comfortable and there's not... More

I love this ballpark; anywhere you sit is a great view. I wish it had more shade for those blistering hot 100+ degree days. The neighborhood, after dark is a little iffy. There is a parking garage next door that I've never used. I always try to get there early enough to park across the street in the lots there.... More

This is a really neat minor league ballpark. However, hone fans need to be more responsible about disposing their garbage.

I worked at Billy Hebert Field growing up - this was a pipe dream for us back in 1999-2000 to build a ball park where Casey at the Bat was actually written and experienced.
