The property is beautiful with great outdoor seating and views. Our server, Mikaela, was attentive and knowledgeable, The reds are wonderful with a price-point worthy of a special occasion. What we didn't understand was the purchase policy requiring multiple-bottle packages. Food was available for purchase.

Popped in to pick up our pre-ordered SIP wine tasting package and were tickled by this kitschy winery. There were a good number of people and it seemed like a local gathering spot. Very interesting motorbike themed place and although we didn't stop to taste the wines, clearly many other people do and were having what looked like an enjoyable time.

It’s rare for me to post a negative review, but with all of the options, take this one off your list. Not only was it the most expensive tastings I’ve had, it was the worst in customer service and interaction with the wines. The sever gave no useful description of the difference between the the flights and assumed that you knew that a “reserve” tasting equated to their “Library” wines on the bottle list. I know you can spend some time to decipher this, but when asked they looked like I had 10 heads. Lastly, the section with the vintage motorcycles was closed so I asked the staff if I I could take some photos. They said, no problem, just walk or with your wine and do so. When I walked over they were setting up for an event and nicely asked if I could just snap a couple of photos. I was told to get out and treated like a trespasser. If you like nonchalant, shocking or arrogant treatment then this is the place for you.

We found Doffo via Trip Advisor as the #7 winery in the Temecula valley. It did not disappoint. We arrived at 10am as this was the opening time shown on Trip Advisor, but they actually open at 11am. We were greeted by the owner who was really fun to chat with. It turned out his daughter went to UC Santa Cruz and he was familiar with Santa Cruz County where we live. He shared bout his winery and treated us like friends. He had his staff open the tasting room early for us and we were treated to tastings. We love good red wines and their wines were the best we tasted that day. So much so that we joined their wine club and took home a case of various reds. A benefit of joining the wine club was our tasting was free. Otherwise there is a charge. We were also given a tour of their Moto tasting room which has the walls decorated with amazing vintage motorcycles. Their facility is very nice with outdoor seating for picnicking. They Highly recommended!

Heard great things about Doffo, and it didn't disappoint. We tasted in barrel room filled top to bottom with vintage vespas and motorcycles. There are actually quite a few spots to taste at this winery and lovely views out toward the valley. Our server really knew his stuff...we learned much from him about the history of the winery and the wines. It is always appreciated when the staff at the winery have a thorough understanding of the wine and wine process. We had the red flight and I have to say I enjoyed all six of the pours. We wound up purchasing several bottles. If we lived nearby, I think I would join the wine club here.

The only thing missing was having something to cleanse the palate...like some bread nibbles, crackers....even water. Other than that, I was a great experience.

They have the BEST RED WINES if you prefer dry reds. My husband and I are red wine drinkers and Doffo never ever disappoints. We became members living in Chicago and we get excited whenever a shipment arrives. The staff were also pretty friendly! Definitely a must do when wine tasting!

Doffo Winery has the best wine and service. The staff is so friendly, nice and knowledgeable. The atmosphere with the motorcycles and story of winery is amazing. If you are visiting Temecula, I would highly recommend a visit to Doffo.

My favorite Vineyard in Temecula. My friend had never been to Temecula, so I decided to take her. So much fun! I used to race motocross, so this was exciting for me to share with her. Rose,
Salo and Susan, thank you for making our visit special.
I WOULD RECOMMEND

While staying in Temecula, I wanted to find somewhere to watch the Assen GP. Top of the search was the Doffo Winery! If you are into bikes, MotoGP and find yourself in the area, this is the place to visit.

All the races were shown (not live) on big screen, 9-11 on race day. Enjoy the racing with bike/race fans. There was a coffee stand, burrito bar and you can of course try the wine. There is a good collection of motorcycles and memorabilia to look at.

You cab also sign up for the regular tour of the winery.

My wife and I have gone wine tasting all over California and the Pacific Northwest, as well as countries from New Zealand to Austria, and this was the the worst wine-tasting experience we've had. The wine is almost criminally overpriced ($80 for a Temecula malbec), and the servers had zero interest in talking about the wine (they're probably embarrassed). What little they did say, we couldn't hear above the noise anyway. Thank goodness, my wife and I decided to share a tasting instead of each having or own, or we'd have been stuck with a bill over $80. The sneakiest and most underhanded part is that the price of the tasting fee was not listed on the menu. Granted, I could have asked, but I'd never imagined we'd be paying $40 to taste their swill. This place is a complete ripoff. It has a nice collection of vintage motorcycles, but unless you're interested in donating to the motorcycle collection, stay far away from this place.
