If you want to paddleboard, you can do that, if you want to walk for miles in soft sand you can do that, if you want a safe place for toddlers to splash, no problem. And it is so lovely! There are even rocks to...More

Very fine sand, whale spouting right off shore. Rock formations to climb up and watch waves break as sun sets.

Locals are out in flip flops and shorts I'm in a sweatshirt and long pants and shoes. Large wide Sandy beach. Don't leave valuables in your car.

The Thanksgiving feast was great, the only problem no leftovers the next day!!! It was very busy as you can imagine, but the service was very good and the food hot.

Several visits to this beach, mostly for collecting driftwood for art works. Locals like it because dogs can roam free as long as they are somewhat under voice control. One negative is infrequent homeless types but they don't beg or bother. Views are great especially...More

We went to Moonstone Beach so we could take our dogs for a run as Patrick's Point did not allow dogs on the beach. The beach was clean and beautiful. Parking was free.
