I came up here to the winery with Harvest Host, in my RV on a weekday afternoon and was delighted. The winery itself is beautiful, and while not a red drinker, I found two I actually really liked! They also have a few whites, one of which I also really liked, the other two were good as well. I'm not... More

I've been a wine club member at Twisted Oak for almost 3 years. Their wine is consistently good and they have a great variety. I am a red wine drinker; however, I even enjoy the whites from Twisted Oak, they are all excellent. The staff are always friendly and fun and they have a great gift shop with a lot... More

So glad we strolled into this place, excellent wines with fun names only equaled by the fun experience in the tasting room. The gals doing the pouring and explaining so helpful and making the tasting super fun, so much fun and great wine we ended up joining the Twisted club. Don't pass this on this place, we felt its the... More

The drive into Twisted Oaks is great fun only if you take the dirt road. Much applause to the originator of the signs as you wander your way to the winery. The wines offered are "OK" at best and we were not tempted to make any purchases.

Take the first driveway on the gravel. Don't go up the road to the paved entrance. This place is a lot of fun! Great gift shop area in the tasting room. Good wines, good staff. They also know a lot about the area and give good advise on restaurants, etc.

Not only is this place fun with a great sense of humor on the long road in but the wine is quite good. A variety of whites and reds. Something for everyone. The gift shop is a good place to pick up a few gifts that are not your usual fare.

Twisted Oak is where I always take the first timers. Love the atmosphere as well as the wine and they have some great gifts inside as well.

Take the first drive to the right after the barn covered in rubber chickens....no joke, yellow, rubber chickens. Make sure to read all the signs on the way to the tasting room. Great wines, fun souvenirs, wonderful staff.

You need to become a Twisted few member! You'll get great wines and be able to get discounted tickets to all the concert events that take place all year at the winery, not to mention free access to the best part, THE PIRATE CAVE LOOT! They have a great tasting room at the winery plus another one just up north... More
