We had a delicious meal and then enjoyed the museum. What a pleasant surprise to see
this authentic museum inside a cozy little bistro.

A small but very interesting museum which gives insight into the area. The photographs of the fishing fleets and the first-hand experiences of fishermen are fascinating. There is an acute sense of nostalgia here.

We arrived as a bus tour with enjoyed a short visit and especially the introduction to the site by the Bearded Fisherman - a very colorful character. Well worth the visit.

Take a half hour, read the text, study the exhibits, and learn a whole lot about the methods and importance of fishing for Island people who live on the Gulf of St. Lawrence.

Very charming museum in the heart of the harbour. It is a small walking tour, by donation. Worth going to. Excellent job on decor and ambiance. No line ups
