Jason and crew made the experience of PEI deep sea fishing an absolute pleasurable experience for our family. Crew member Mike took my son under his wing and made him feel so special and worked with him the entire trip. Highly recommend these boys for any deep sea fishing adventures

Went out on an evening trip with Captain Jamie and John. Our hosts answered all questions with a smile and helped everyone on the boat have a great time, then sent us home with fresh fish fillets from what was caught. 4 days into our stay, this was the highlight of our time on the island so far!
We started with fishing for mackerel, then moved out into deeper waters to catch cod. It was about 3h round trip and all we had to bring was a camera.

Went fishing today and we caught lots of cod... huge ones.
Captain Jason and his mate were very helpful and put us on the fish, both mackerel and cod.

We went out with our family of 5 and a large group of friends for an evening fishing trip. Our kids are 8, 6 and 4 and each of them had an absolute blast. There was so much for them to do. Whether they were catching fish, riding under the bow, watching them fillet the fish or watching Jason captain the boat, they enjoyed every moment. We were catching fish the moment our hooks were in the water which made the 3hrs fly by. Tons of Mackerel and lots of nice cod! Honestly this was a fishing trip of a lifetime made extra special by the Doucette hospitality! There is no question that we’ll be booking with them again when we return to the Island. Thanks for the memories Jason!

Had a great 3 hour deep sea fishing trip with my son and father. Great family event. Caught several mackeral and a cod. Jason and Logan were very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this trip.

Spent the morning fishing for cod and mackerel. Great fishing charter to deal with. We loved it so much we are going to do another one while we are here. Great value...super knowledgeable and fun guys to be on the water with. Highly recommend.

During our trip to PEI, my husband and our friend took our 4 boys on a deep sea fishing experience with Jason and Jamie on the Jason D deep sea fishing boat. The business is called Barrie Doucette Deep Sea Fishing. They all had an amazing time and had the chance to catch mackerel and cod, and said that at times they were catching 2 fish at the same time!! The birds out on the ocean were amazing to watch as well as they would dive into the water catching fish! It was the highlight of our PEI trip!! The boys talked about it for days!! Great friendly service and they brought lots of fish home to cook up for supper!

Had a great time with our family deep sea fishing. Great for all ages. Staff very friendly and helpful. Very affordable. A great experience for all of us ages 8-65 years.

My family and I had a great time!!! We couldn't get the mackerel off fast enough we were catching so many! I was hesitant to go out because of my fear of the water but Barry and his team quickly put me at ease and it turned out to be an awesome time. Not only did we catch mackerel but my husband and son each caught a cod. Great time - would definitely go out with Barry Doucette Deep Sea Fishing again.
