This is an extremely interesting mixture of art, artefacts and things to buy. It is of interest to 'children of all ages'. It has a remarkably satisfying feeling about it.

It's a little off the beaten path (Diagonal Hwy) on the way to Boulder, but as long as you're going to the tea factory, stop by Leanin' Tree and enjoy the art. Sculptures and prints and it's a fun stop!

Great sculptures outdoors and paintings inside. It is a museum of great western art. Leanin' Tree prints lots of greeting cards for all occasions. And you can stock up with their deals if you buy a bunch! Fun gifts too.

My wife has always wanted to visit Leanin' Tree, and finally took the time to go. Were we surprised. What a wonderful experience. The art museum was amazing. Have been to many places that display art and for what this was, it ranks right up there. The founder has put some wonderful stuff on display to share with the world.... More

We went to this museum after going to the Celestial Seasonings store. They are very close to each other. The outdoor sculpture garden is full of several very well done sculptures and for kids a couple are marked that they can be climbed on. Inside the museum itself are numerous painting and more sculptures about the old west. Many of... More

We stumbled on this Museum after going to Celestial Seasonings (right near by). What an unexpected treat! We wound up spending hours here looking at the Western Art inside the Museum and then taking our time through the nearly 20 different outdoor sculptures. This place is beautiful! The gift shop inside is also quite nice and we purchased a number... More

We visited this museum for couple of hours after touring the Celestial Tea factory. The outdoor sculptures are amazing. For children and the kid in the adult you can actually get on some of the exhibits

Great Western Art collection that transcends the typical cowboy and indian kitsch. For sure, both are well represented, but this collection goes much deeper. Some of the landscapes are absolutely breathtaking. And the sculpture garden is truly unique - check out the full size horse welded together from scrap-metal!

I'll have to admit, I didn't expect much. My wife wanted to go and I didn't. But, I'm glad I did. The bronze sculptures are really cool. There are cowboys, native Americans, area wildlife etc. Lots of paintings, too. But, their greeting cards are hilarious. If you spend a lot of time looking for the perfect birthday card, to needle...
