Awesome view

My wife and I drove up to see the scenery and WOW. It was so beautiful and peaceful. There are several places to stop to get different views. You can see the whole city of Boulder.

The drive up this mountain is so nice! Plenty of places to pull over and park for stunning views or to take off on a trail! Keep driving up and up! Don't stop. The views just keep getting better!

This was truly an experience!! Remarkable views, in fact a lucky couple was getting married the day we were up at the top. Beware of cyclists on the road, or even the random (and illegal) skate boarder! Some serious switchbacks in the road require attention, but it's totally worth it for the views !

The views from Flagstaff are very good, especially along the road and from Artist Viewpoint near the summit and from Panorama Point. The trees obscure much of the view from the Amphitheater near the Nature Center, but you can still see the Denver skyline and the flatland to the east and compare with the snow-covered peaks to the west visible... Amazing views. We went to top of mountain for sunset, discovered a lot of folks do the same. Well worth it.

My husband and I drove up Flagstaff Mountain after our 3 year old daughter fell asleep in the car during our visit to Boulder for vacation. It's an easy drive. a little twisty and turny but not bad. you are supposed to pay $5 for parking at one of the self service areas. we parked at the top and individually... More

I checked into my motel early in the afternoon and I wanted to do some sightseeing just to unwind from a long flight. The clerk recommend Flagstaff Mountain which was a very short drive from my motel. It was a great drive up the mountain with views overlooking Boulder and views of the Rockies. I enjoyed the drive up the... More

We had the distinct pleasure being allowed to rent out the amphitheater for 3 hours. The view was spectacular, a Raven sat up in a tree commenting on our speaking skills until it wastefully flew away. Other animals came by, birds and dragon flies fluttered by, while the flowers and vegetation were in magnificent bloom. At approximately 9800 feet the... More

Fantastic view over Boulder. Staff very knowledgeable, friendly and provided great service. This is a high end restaurant and the presentation compliments their status. The wine list is extensive and the sommelier very helpful.
