Situated in the heart of an energetic city is beautiful, historic Downtown Boulder. At the heart of Downtown Boulder is the Pearl Street Mall, a wonderfully charismatic four-block-long pedestrian mall that celebrated its 30th anniversary in 2007. Colorful, bright flowers fill the mall almost the entire year and street performers, with a multitude of talents, make the Pearl Street Mall one of the best people-watching destinations anywhere.

We found some really fun shops and restaurants to visit in the Pearl St Mall. Surprisingly we ran across some great values in several shops in the mall. On the flip side we also went through a shop that had Italian imported clothing that was...More

Walked through the area during early evening, taking in the sites, lit up by the neon lights of the shops and street scene. The pedestrian areas with its statues and garden areas separate the rows of shops, restaurants and bars on either sides of the...More

Cool atmosphere, great shopping, friendly faces, however, there is little diversity here. I believe it's by design. Boulder prides itself on being a safe and friendly place to be but that comes at a price. As you walk down the street or shop you'll notice...More

Great extra wide pedestrian mall with lots of restaurants to eat at and various stores (clothing, books, shoes, novelties, etc...) to shop at. Saturday night also found some entertaining street performers and a bit more people strolling, but it was somewhat empty on Sunday night....More

We enjoyed the many kitschy shops and restaurants. Great selections. We highly recommended Snooze an AM Eatery if you are looking for a restaurant.

Great food and shopping on a Pearl Street. Didn't plan ahead enough to get a reservation at one of the top recommended Trip advisor restaurants; but still had a great meal at Tahona.

Lots of great places to eat and to shop and just take in the vibe of Boulder. All brick lined and there are usually performers up and down the street to keep you entertained while you walk around.
